922c326533 fix(provider/wbstream): update API endpoints and WebSocket URL 
- Switched getToken endpoint to /api-room-manager/v2/room/%s/connection-details
- Updated WebSocket URL to wss://rtc-el-01.wb.ru
- Updated Python PoC scripts to match new endpoints
